Modules may be concerned with soil quality and erosion, family succession, financial management or short- and longer-term market trends for the products produced on the properties. People with particular expertise in the topics being discussed are available to stimulate discussions and offer suggestions.

In Future Profit groups, people find answers using everybody's experience and knowledge. Future Profit has evolved from the Property Management Planning program and builds on participants' current knowledge and experience by encouraging them to swap ideas with other producers as well as getting the latest available input from government and industry bodies.
