Apart from these New Crop events, the Big Event Company has been responsible for many other events, such as the series of Meat Profit Days throughout Australia.

The BIG EVENT company works closely with organisers of an event to provide an event management service which includes:

A facilitation process to ensure the needs of the organisers are accurately known
An event management service to put those needs into effect
Management and briefing of speakers and contributors, so they have a clear picture of their role and the organisers' expectations
Planning of pre/post event tours
Development of a theme and logo for the event
Maintenance of detailed budgets and financial records
Design, printing and distribution of material such as brochures, handbooks, tickets, etc.
Production of event banners, signage and satchels
Management of the sale of trade sites
Management of sponsorship arrangements, including sales and service
Design and implementation of publicity campaigns
Provision of a meeting and planning room at our office.
Sale of Spyder Display systems

Many things need to happen for an event to be a success. The role of the Big Event Company is to make sure these things happen.
